Sudo vulnerability for any user to have admin power ?

I skimmed thru telegram news.. lately

There is this recent sudo vulnerability that have not being found out for 10 years ..
That someone can do some command to sudo causing it to able to let any user acc to have superuser power ?

Anybody can explain, and what update .. or how ?
I am not good with these stuff..
