Is Linux mint 20.x removing programs from it's repos?

In LM 19.x, shred and shuf were in the repos.
Now, in LM 20.x, they're gone.
What is going on with Linux Mint?
Is this only affecting Linux Mint derivative?
I'm sure there is more I haven't check.
Are there any programs you used in the past with LM derivatives and are now gone?
