Program to record 5 camera's simultaneously for sport analyse

I'm searching for software to record a runner running on a treadmill. I want to record simultaneously from 5 different angles an playback in slowmotion.
I've searched a lot but can't find the right software to do this. Problem often is I cant play back in slowmotion or I can't record simultaneously. Does anybody know a program who can do the job?
I haven't purchased any camera jet, so it can be USB or network cams.
