Weird text while booting Windows 10 from Slackware GRUB
by greemngreek from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5DW71)
I wanted to dual-boot Slackware with Windows 10. So after installing Slackware -current, I grub-installed and grub-mkconfig-ed. Everything's working fine, I can boot Windows 10 from the GRUB menu but while Windows loads with its loading animation at the bottom of the screen, some text appears at the top:
Code:/EndEntire
file path: /ACPI(a0341d0,0)/PCI(0,17)/Sata(0,ffff,0)/HD(1,800,32000,ecf29baeb8d7cd4e,2,2)/File(\EFI\Microsoft\Boot)/File(bootmgfw.efi)/EndEntireI didn't encounter this in any of the other distros that I've used and it's bugging me a little.
Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a fix?
