suggest mail server: minimum resource usage, outgoing email only

I am using Ubuntu 20 64-bit.
I need to occasionally send out email on my VPS. Just one account.
I want to be able to configure the email server for outgoing only. It would also be nice if I could configure it for only one account.
The memory, or cpu, it uses the better.
I am thinking exim4 might do it.
Any suggestions appreciated.
