Moving around. Problem with networking layout. Need guidance.

I'm in building A. Parents in building B. Due to my grandfather needing 24 7 care he will be moving from the east coast to here and live with my folks. As building A is more suited to handicap use then I will be switching to building B.
The problem. The internet comes in A as drawn. I would prefer to have it come to B then out to the rest of the property that way I can manage it without inconveniencing anyone. I have a single cat 6 between the 2. Is there any way I could use 2 ip ranges on the same cable? I'm not sure I can manage to push a cable across that 100 foot or so without pulling the existing and pulling them both together (thank goodness for conduit). The other option is to get a high speed wireless bridge. Have that bridge pointing at my house, it comes in the bridge then out the wire back to theirs and rest of lan?
Last option is keeping everything in building A but that makes issues if something needs to be worked on at odd hours...
