Hamilton police investigating shots fired near King Street East
Police will be combing an area of the central city on Tuesday morning, checking surveillance cameras and talking to neighbours after gunfire rang out near downtown Hamilton.
Police confirm shots were fired Monday night just after 10:30 p.m. in the area of King Street and Grant Avenue, just west of Wentworth Street.
No injuries have been reported.
Investigators say a black Honda Accord and a white Audi A4 sedan are believed to be involved in the shooting and are asking area residents to check their security cameras.
