How to remove flatpaks from Ubuntu software (center) ?
by Michael Piziak from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5E4B0)
I installed flatpak, so I could get a beta version of Gimp, at this website: https://flatpak.org/setup/Ubuntu/
But I don't want Flatpaks showing up in Ubuntu Software center every time I do a search - just want it to go back to regular. Perhaps I added it with the 2nd or 3rd command line at the website above (added a flathub repository to Ubuntu software center?).
Anyways, how do I keep flatpaks (from flathub) from showing up in software center - too much to deal with.
p.s. If the flatpaks are in the software center, do they get updated like the other things (the snaps?) when updates become available - just curious.
