Seth Rollins returns to SmackDown, Cesaro is the first to face his wrath

Seth Rollins made his highly anticipated return to SmackDown on Friday night as the WWE locker room looked on. The blue brand stars walked out as Rollins laid out his new vision with only Cesaro remaining to face the wrath of the former Monday Night Messiah.
