HP Deskjet 2700 printer problem

I have an HP DeskJet 2700 installed under Linux 19.3 wirelessly.
With the help from this forum I was able to install CUPS and succesfully print.
However, the printed page skips at least every other line of text.
I wanted to try re-aligning and cleaning but I cannot find those features nor can I use HP Smart on my cellphone to recognize the printer.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
