Windows 10, Mint 20.1 dual boot no grub on boot EFI

Good day,

I have recently acquired a new laptop that was pre-loaded with Windows 10. I subsequently downloaded Mint 20.1 to USB, shrank my partition, re-partitioned using the install USB and proceeded to install Mint. Installation went well and I rebooted to grub. I then selected Mint and started setting up the OS. The next time I booted up, grub did not show up and it booted straight to Windows. After looking into things a bit I realized I did not disable secure boot in EFI. Thinking this may have been the issue, I disabled secure boot and decided to reinstall Mint because my time commitment was low thus far.

After reinstall, which went well as expected, I rebooted and it booted directly to Windows again.

I attempted wiping the partitions created for Linux, re-partitioned and re-installed Mint again. After booting again, no grub and Windows is dominating my PC once again.

I am unsure how to proceed to get grub to show so I can use Mint. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=tNsC8rAlUSI:zOOwvjHdIb4:F7zBnMy latest?i=tNsC8rAlUSI:zOOwvjHdIb4:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=tNsC8rAlUSI:zOOwvjHdIb4:gIN9vFwtNsC8rAlUSI
