Debian FTDI drivers

Good time, experts.

Prompt, there is a computer with Debian 9. It is necessary to connect the gnss device javad triumph2 with it.

The connection between debian and triumph is via usb. The device manufacturer has Linux drivers libftd2xx-x86_64-1.4.8.gz on the website, which are a replacement for the standard ftdi_sio and usbserial.
There is also ReadMe.txt, with an explanation of how to install them. Also on the site of the FTDI chip manufacturer there is a pdf with a description of the installation. Unfortunately, neither an attempt to install using the readme or the description nor googling led to the desired result :(

The connection test from the archive with the driver gives an error like

/javad/release/examples/EEPROM/read # ./read
Library version = 0x10408
Opening port 0
FT_Open (0) failed

Can anyone come across a driver installation for FTDI? I ask for advice ...latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=UKZScRpfDZg:n8Y6iMqr8Ro:F7zBnMy latest?i=UKZScRpfDZg:n8Y6iMqr8Ro:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=UKZScRpfDZg:n8Y6iMqr8Ro:gIN9vFwUKZScRpfDZg
