Lagging/Freezing while watching youtube or other online videos

I recently installed Feren OS and I'm very happy with it. I only have one problem: I have 2 screens and I often watch videos (youtube or news portal videos) on one side and browse the internet (firefox AND chrome) on the other side.
Every now and then it happens, that the video freezes. The audio keeps running normally but the video starts to massively lag (as in show a frozen picture every 30 seconds), as well as the browsers. I can still do stuff but all my actions are massively lagging - I click the close button on firefox and 30 seconds later it closes the browser. Closing all browsers and some other programs didn't do anything to stop the lagging.
I once managed to open the console and type in "top", with the following output: https://photos.app.goo.gl/NbSN13STqpy9WXLf6
unfortunately I am rather new to linux so: how can I debug this problem? is there something I can do to find the source of this problem?
