Power led flashes during Suspend

I recently upgraded my system to ASUS Pro B460M-C motherboard with Intel i9 and 16GB RAM. When I go into Suspend the power led flashes on and off continually. Is there any way I can ensure that the power led stays off? I can't see anything in the BIOS settings relating to this. I'm running Linux Mint 20.1 with a 5.4.0-65 generic kernel.
