Web management for KVM

Looking for a web management interface for KVM that I can allocate access for users on specific VMs only (at the minimum stop/start VMs). May I know if anyone had experience with Kimchi and if this serves the purpose? I have search thru and it looks like there is a bug on installing this on Ubuntu 20.04. Wondering if anyone can suggest some alternatives? Thanks
