Window on focus title bar color highlight

I am running Arch based linux, Plasma.
Is there way to make window on focus (title bar) color change ?
It used to be all good, until a big system update.. it changes my background, changes the launcher menu.... changes many of the appearance without my consent. This is very annoying.
Now after update, when i switch screen, the window title bar won't show me which window is on focus.
There should be such setting, what it is under ?
I have checked thru the whole "Global Theme", but saw nothing related to onclick focus related.

Any idea what is the setting to that in gui and in cli ?
I need to make note of this (especially cli), who know when another update will change everything again..!
