File save dialog larger than screen

I know this question has been asked before but I don't know where to set the resolution in Bodhi. One solution was to set the resolution differently, resize, then reset the resolution. I've found, somewhere in the settings the Window Resize but I can't get it to help.
The Save As dialog is the worst, I can't access the area at the top to type a new name and I can't click the Save button at the bottom.
