xampp did not download on zorin virtualbox

I got numerous errors at about the 75% mark of install so I aborted, these are some of the many errors:

/opt/lampp/inclick/png.h.>libpnglb/png.h.

and

/opt/lampp/man/man3/set_curtem 3x gz ->curs_terminfo.3x.gz
The application woill exit now
