How best install multiple Linux distros onto laptop
by martith from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5EYNX)
my setup is for a linux developer laptop.
it has 32GB of RAM and 2 SSDs (primary drive 500GB and secondary drive 1TB)
i would like to be able to install 3 or 4 distros onto the laptop with the following wishes:-
1) that the O/S's are installed onto the primary disk, and
2) that each O/S gets a 250GB partition on the secondary disk
I have not used any Linux SysAdmin tools before, but am aware of tools such as gparted.
could some given me an idea as to how to prepare the two drives ready for the distro installations, or if this does not have to be prepared in advance, what steps are needed to achieve the above during the distros installations?
cheers in advance
