Printing problem with glabels /Avery

I have encountered an alignment issue when trying to print round Avery labels designed with glabels. The label template is Avery 22807 (2" 12 per sheet) No matter what I try, the print is off center by about 1/2" vertically and horizontally and thus is partly cut off. I don't have this problem with other Avery labels such as rectangular ones It looks as if the glabel template for Avery 22807 doesn't allow for the scrap border of about 1/2" around the actual labels. Feed direction doesn't seem to matter either. My printer is an HP Officejet 3830 and my O/S is Mint 18.3 Attempting to correct the problem by off-setting the print doesn't really work either as you don't know how it will come out.
