Which version of Fedora should I use : Workstation or Silverblue?

I am an everyday user of Fedora Workstation and have been so for many years. I use my Workstation for office and everyday tarifs (not games or videos). My level of knowledge of Linux is limited to user environments and I am quite comfortable working via terminal. My current OS is Fedora 33.
I am just upgrading my Laptop and have installed more RAM (10GiB) and a larger SSD (500 GiB).
So now my question is for a fresh install, which version of Fedora should I use : Workstation or Silverblue? I read the latter is the "future" and I don't intend to purchase more hardware after this "final" upgrade. I am however technically minded & interested to keep up with technology albeit I'm an "old age pensioner"!
Some further insight should be greatly appreciated.
