LQ [SOLVED] improvements...

I'm assume most moderators volunteer so I almost wanna apologize for asking.
Sometimes the OPs click "mark this problem solved," less occasionally pointing to the exact fix:
...if the fix is clearly there but doesn't get bumped, could moderators (and maybe Gurus) go around marketing clearly solved and www.where#?.nfo
Now realizing this question could already be asked? Where other sites have e.g: upvoting in downvoting of fixes by members rather than me suggesting thoughts? :doh:
