what is this KDE splash screen after the major upgrade ? is there way to remove it ?

After endea os major upgrade, when ever i reboot my computer, this annoying KDE splash screen appears before it finish load the whole GUI desktop
What is this splash screen ?
Any idea where to remove it ?
I want no splash screen on my system, they are just wasting cpu , useless stuff.
