New computer - message at start-up

I have been in contact with this Forum before - on a previous computer which recently had to be replaced (an amazing Lenovo ThinkCentre). While he was about it the vendor downloaded Linux Mint 20.1 for me. When booting up each day I initially get this message: either 'Intel(R)Boot Agent',requiring me to press any key to continue, or 'Client MAC ADDR - no bootfile name received'. Apparently something is missing. What to do about this?
