The Las Vegas Raiders are releasing three-time Pro Bowl center Rodney Hudson, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

The move continues an offseason overhaul for the Raiders up front. Las Vegas has already cut left guard Richie Incognito and reportedly intends to release right guard Gabe Jackson and trade right tackle Trent Brown to the New England Patriots.

Hudson spent six seasons with the Raiders and was a team captain. He joined the Silver and Black as a high-priced free-agent signing in 2015 after beginning his career with the AFC West rival Kansas City Chiefs.

The 31-year-old will join a free-agent pool of centers that includes David Andrews, Alex Mack, and Austin Reiter. The top free-agent center, Corey Linsley, reportedly agreed to a deal with the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday.
