git newbie shopping - who has the speed, availability: and low price

I'm thinking SF but they have no way to pay for "large uploads" and say "ask us first", and I might do a, say, 3GB or 11GB with flash upload. I can't find a way to pay. I see they are now owned by Seattle Washington (aka, Microsoft btw).
I'm looking at google $0.10/Gigabyte/month - but I they canceled google code (f'ign up everyone who used it) and I can't find a single google git hosted project. Still, cool sale page good deal.
Microsoft GitHub, $20/mo but I might be facing $100/mo if I upload a single usb thumb. mmmm. Also, they have a "PSAKI" (gen) project, have flooded 100 "similar name" counter-projects to every unix name project and i'm sure their github search insures your project cannot be found unless you have the full url. GitHub is becoming malware.
Microsoft Azure $$$ no projects hosted, just MS adware to find.
AWS (that's amazon). $3/hr run linux! Says code storage is free, but I can't find a single AWS project by google so I assume they mean "free while your paying $3/hr"
Small guys: I'm unsure. They are run by foreigners, something like savvanah "allows people to heist other/old projects and delete things", refuse to allow some projects while "aiding others", like to shuffle things around, the can't find the file game. Yet a valuable resource. Unsure if mirrored in the USA (where I am), unsure if they wanna host a bigger project (I think they do not - I may make a distro that is dis-advanageous to some OS trolls who would #putastomp on it), no payment system. Because of all that - I'm fearful of using "smaller git clouds" because of issues like that.
... need: findable by google, storage available, speed is "survivable", long term stability (no directory name changes (all projects cannot be pulled all OS pkgs relying on must be re-written), no "google cancels out service deletes everyone", some way to pay to insure "against wonton deletion" (a legal contract of service)
----------------------------
I'm really wanting to go with Google Git: simple sale good price. But I can't find anything but android.com references to use of Git. (I'd expect to find chrome, games, linux hack projects all hosted by google in .git dirs somewhere, where?). It worries me allot Google is more and more friendly with Microsoft, references use of GitHub (which is ? 1000x more expensive is it?). If I can't find any google git projects - how can anyone find a project i host on it? How will I find it if, say, i accidentally deleted my cookies?
My sense is telling me "stick with Sourceforge". I can't pay them but for years they hosted a few small projects and only one suspicious "renamed my directory making all my published URLS dead" issue.
