kicker - Relaunch task bar/ tray bar (the bar at the bottom of screen).

I was using ctrl + alt +esc to close a program that freeze (program gui missing, but tray icon remained), not knowing when i selected the freezed program tray icon, it actually killed the whole tray bar and task bar.. lol.
Anyway to relaunch the tray bar/ task bar (the bar at the bottom of screen) without restart computer ? any cli ? i kind of like more cli.. because gui keep changes with each major upgrade (which i kind of dislike the idea)..
