OpenSSL support: disabled (install ext/openssl) [PHP 8.0.3 from source]

I have installed PHP 8.0.3 from source, while installing php i did not provide argument --with-openssl, now i need to enable it, i searched few pages, but did not find any efficient solution, is reinstalling php again with --with-openssl argument, only solution....
