Centos 8, screen and irssi irc-client

Hi,
I had some bad luck with OVHCloud server last week. But now I have a new one. Almost everything is back on place, expect irssi.
I have screen and irssi installed, but there is something wrong with terminal refresh.
Case 1:
When I write longer message, line does not move to left when I type more, it scrambles. But when I hit enter, text is fine on the channel.
Case 2:
Screen refresh is buggy. Very buggy. Sometimes lines does not appear before I change channel several times. Other channel information is displayed and I have to go back and forward and then it appears, most of the time.
And I have some scandinavian letter issues when I use iPad Shelly-client. But that is a whole other story.
I have no clue what to do next with those issues.
