Headset microphone not working on debian

I switched from windows 10 to linux (debian) a few days ago. I installed discord, but when I try to use it the mic is not working. Im using a laptop, and discord only detects the internal microphone. The headset works in any other computer, but when I use it in this laptop the mic isn't working, but the audio is working.

This is my first time posting something here and I don't know what information I should provide, or what commands output i should post.
