Japanese keyboard

Long story short, I got myself old Let's Note and as any other Japanese market only tech it came with JIS keyboard.
I got how to use it in TTY(found the keymap).. But how to use it right in X11? It have some differences with US/RU keyboards which I usually use.
Can't find any documentation on it.
