No sound devices detected with bytcr-rt5640

Hello,
I have installed Linux Mint on my notebook and, since installation, I have no sound. I found a solution in this forum, but I have some difficulties following the steps. As a first step, I am supposed to install firmware-intel-sound but I only found a file which requires a key. I have not been able to find or buy this product key. Can anyone give me a hint where I can download firmware-intel-sound or find a product key?
