delayed sound

I use slackware64-current.
I can use an equalizer after the command
pactl load-module module-equalizer-sink
For music it is good. But otherwise sounds are delayed (appear later than they should). For example with the game kshisen.
In this case pavucontrol says
Playback Stream on FFT based equalizer on Audio Surround....
Is there a way to correct this ?
