unable to write or delete anything in internal hardisk

Hey i just moved to linux mint tricia from windows
lasst time i used tricia everything worked fine but this time i am unable to create or delete any folder or document in internal hardisk. It is in ntfs format, tried changing permission but nothing changing.
Please guide what can be done to fix this issue
