[SOLVED] iw reg set doesn't work

Hi Folks,
I run:
Code:iw reg getIt shows:
Code:global
country 00: DFS-UNSETThen I run:
Code:iw reg set DENothing happens. I tried different country codes, nothing happened.
I tried:
Code:echo "options cfg80211 ieee80211_regdom=DE" > /etc/modprobe.d/cfg80211.confNothing happened.
Any ideas?
