System Settings in linux mint

I have a problem with System Settings in linux mint. I pressed Panel and I got Panel Visibility and I pressed Auto Hide Panel. In my 32bit it worked all right with my cursor goes down and the panel rises up. In my 64bit it doesn't do that. What's wrong?
