[SOLVED] Failed to retrieve gtk3 and mesa during install

Hope you're all well and safe.
Could someone please shed some light on this issue?
I'm working on installing arch.
I have installed reflector and got the fastest mirrors.
2 packages are failing to retrieve with 404 errors:
gtk3 and mesa
Earlier during the install, other packages showed the same error but were downloaded from other mirrors.
gtk3 and mesa fail all the time.
I don't know where to look for package issues with 404.
