Wireshark Info Question - Info Packets

Good evening,

I was wondering if someone could explain what the following packet in Wireshark means:

1. Multi-homed registration NB Brock-PC(00>

2. Name query NB ISATAP<00>

3. Name query NB WPAD<00>

4. Refresh NB Brock-PC<00>

5. Registration NB BROCK-PC<00>

I am quite new to Wireshark so I have a beginner level of understanding! Sorry if this is an easy question and I appreciate any assistance! :)
