struggling to find the right location to the kde setting to fix this .

KDE plasma is quite a good De, but it is a Mess. !
I have being struggling to fix some of the lousy color setting, but can't find the location to it.. horrible.

Previously i have problem with hover over text color.. after another update or change or theme or something **can't remember.. that i think solved somehow.. but now i noticed when i drag a selected text.. it is black bg with almost black text..
Try to fix it, but damn horrible gui design and decription. can't figure out which one is the setting to that.
