[qutebrowser] replace an existing key-binding
by Michael Uplawski from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5FYES)
Good morning
The documentation on changing key-bindings in QuteBrowser is obviously meant to intimidate you with general talk about technologies that I am not interested in.
AFAIS there is *no* concise hint about how to set and persist 1 precise key-binding.
Question: Can someone PSE just tell me, how I map a shortcut strg+d to close-tab" instead of just the letter 'd'. This should be something in config.py, I guess, which is probably written in Python while they talk a lot about Jason. I do officially not care.
It happens too often that, after having interrupted my typing into a text-field, I forget to hit 'i' to return to insert"-mode. The first letter 'd' that comes along, closes the current tab.
TIA
Michael
