SATA support for Fedora 10

I want to install a Fedora 10 distribution on a system with a new motherboard that has only onboard SATA (it has no IDE connector, and in the BIOS it has no option for SATA - legacy IDE).
Although the installation starts initially, after selecting the language and keyboard I get a message that the image cannot be found. When I try to browse the image I can't see the DVD drive :(
I think fedora 10 doesn't have support for SATA connection. Where can I find a SATA drive for Fedora and how can I add it to my distribution?
