How many VCPUs should I add

I have managed to install arch, and Passthrough my GPU, my kvm runs super well, up until it involves gaming, at that point it stutters, and is quite laggy, and at points unplayable.
How many VCPUs should I Passthrough, and what can I do to improve my gaming experience?
My specs are,
AMD Ryzen 3200G
Nvidia Quadro k5000
I am using virtio drivers, and when I had just windows installed, my games ran perfectly, very well and at a high and constant FPS.
