Trying to install panda wireless on kali linux

I have googled this to death. Learned a lot, but not what would help me. I have tried to find the downloader file.Tried the apt install, with and without sudo.

This file I am trying to install. Linux Driver for Panda PAU0A and PAU0B

I tried every command on google, and some from other videos.
One command said access denied.

Now I have this downloaded file in downloads, should it be somewhere in the root section?
