Despicable' incident happened as boy was celebrating sister's birthday with family
A man has been arrested in connection with the stabbing of a 12-year-old boy at his eight-year-old sister's birthday party in Liverpool.
The attack happened on Wednesday afternoon in Bootle, after two men reportedly ambushed the party, at which there were dozens of children.
