I need a high-level "find" tutorial

{I have had a stroke in 2011, and am "brain damaged"}

I have been looking for a high-level "find" tutorial. As far as I have looked, the available tutorials are of low-level.

Thus I need a recommendation, probably for programmers, that will allow me to do really complex things.

Can someone give me a suggestion or a really good website?
