upgrading ram thinkpad L470

hi im upgrading ram my current situation is

curious about the ^ one that says 8G system memory .. on the lenovo site it states it has two slots although the above output shows a different story ?
ive just ordered a Crucial 16GB DDR4 2400 SODIMM 1.2V (1x16GB) , so im wondering how i should configure it with the above options ? is it normal for it to say 8g system memory ? doesnt look right .
