Health Canada concludes AstraZeneca safe for all ages, despite rare blood clot cases:Agency 'not restricting the use of the vaccine'

After a "thorough, independent assessment" into cases of blood clots in individuals who have received the AstraZeneca vaccine, Health Canada has concluded it is safe for all eligible age groups, despite an earlier recommendation by the National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI).
