Can we have a pinned "Bug Thread?"

Bugs are being reported in the Requests thread which can be accidentally overlooked. I don't think it is a good place for bug reports. A new sub-forum thread would more likely not be missed but people want to post in the sticky thread for some reason. I think ideally people would create a thread in the Slackware sub-forum and post a link to it in the pinned "Bug Thread" with a description of their issue.

LuckyCyborg mentioned having a bug-tracker which could be hosted on something like GitHub.
