Fedora partitioning scenario

Sorry for my noob question. I prefer to ask rather than to make a huge mistake. I have 16GB of RAM , 500 GB on a SSD and 2TB on a HDD. My OS will be Fedora 33. I would like to keep all my valuable documents on the HDD and all my apps and games on the SSD. What is the best way to partition the space in order to achieve that?
