Capsulated: (desktop 4 zoom->screenrecroder), Possible?

Hi,
I watch lectures live on zoom.
The lectures are slow so I speed them up and sometimes paus and relisten to a section I do not understand.
This require me to record the lecture. My computer is basically stuck while I do it and I wonder if I can do it in the background, say on screen 4 and work on screen 1. Also I would no sound from my what I'm doing to enter the recording (e.g. listening to music) and no sound to escape the recording (e.g. destroying my music listening). Is this possible how would you set it up. I have heard about jack is that possible with jack? I have obs studio and simple screen recorder installed.
